It is a nice wide composition, there really is a lot to see. The Rhine flows nicely through all the white on the lower half of the photo. The dark/light contrast in the lower half really puts excitement into the photo. It's also good to see the horizon relatively clear with no prominent things sticking out above it. The leaves have a lovely slightly yellowish hue, which fits better than the overly saturated pink/yellow leaves some IR photos in this photo I think. I also notice how the sky's colour is really close, if not spot on the colour you'd see in visible light. Everything is nice and sharp too, that's very important too of course.
I'm not entirely sure about the title though. I myself also have lots of troubles coming up with good titles for my photos, and although the title describes nicely what's there to see, it's a bit plain. Maybe some more artsy title would fit for a photo of this quality.
